Emerald Sea Adventures is literally a family run business. Founded by Jeff and Scharie Wonnenberg we have morphed into our company our mother Lynn and niece Natausha to help handle day-to-day operations. Our operation strives to provide a service unprecedented in our industry and a complete avoidance of the "cattle boat" theme.

Your skipper is a certified 60 ton Master with all the appropriate Transport Canada qualifications and our vessel and equipment is Canadian Coast Guard Certified. During winter months Jeff is a member and crew of the Canadian Coast Guard Fleet working on various ships from science to buoy tending.

Our guides/skippers have over 12 years of personal experience and in the Eco-Tour industry including thousands of hours of whale watching excursions throughout the Vancouver Island region.

Our experienced dive crew have been Scuba Instructor/Boat Captain's locally and several areas of the Caribbean and South Pacific. Our crew are experienced in handling diver's with a high degree of professionalism and technicality. USS Perry Expedition
